Oversized Signs (36"x48" and larger)

Special Handling: Signs 36"x48" and larger are considered "Oversized" by standard carriers. Please be aware that shipping rates will reflect these carrier surcharges.

48"x96" (Full Sheet) Orders: Due to the size of 4'x8' boards, these items cannot ship via standard Ground.

Local Pickup: Highly recommended for our EDMONTON and Neighbouring Area customers.

Freight Shipping: For long-distance orders, these must ship via LTL Freight on a custom pallet. Please contact us for a custom freight quote before ordering, or we will reach out to you after purchase to coordinate delivery.

Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your Sintra signs immediately upon arrival. While Sintra is highly durable and impact-resistant, the edges can be sensitive to rough handling during transit. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please take photos and contact us at [Insert Your Email] within 48 hours so we can file a claim and get a replacement to you.
Artwork Prep Guide
To ensure your Sintra sign looks sharp and professional, please follow these file specifications before uploading.
1. Resolution (The Most Important Part!)
For large format printing, your file resolution depends on the size of the sign:

Small Signs (up to 24"x36"): Minimum 300 DPI at full size.

Large Signs (36"x48" and up): Minimum 150 DPI at full size.

Pro Tip: If your file is under 5MB for a 4'x8' sign, it is likely too low-resolution and will appear blurry.
2. Preferred File Formats
We accept the following formats:

Vector (Best): .PDF, .AI, .EPS (Ensure all fonts are outlined/converted to curves).

Raster (High-Res): .TIFF, .JPG, .PNG.
3. Color Mode
Please design your files in CMYK color mode. Files sent in RGB may experience slight color shifts when converted for our industrial printers.
4. Bleed & Safety Zones
To ensure no important text or logos are cut off during the trimming process:

Bleed: Add 0.125" (1/8 inch) of extra background color on all sides.

Safety Zone: Keep all text and important logos at least 0.5" away from the edge of the board.
5. A Note on "Sintra Texture"
Our Sintra boards have a beautiful, low-glare matte finish/high gloss. If your design has large areas of solid dark colors, the subtle "eggshell" texture of the material may be slightly visible—this is a standard characteristic of premium PVC foam board.
